At Hamilton Town Dentistry our goal is to make quality dental care attainable for everyone. We realize everyone’s situation is different and work hard to make sure that financial concerns are not a barrier to you having a healthy mouth. Dr. Hopkinson and Dr. Sullivan are in network with most dental insurance plans and our team works diligently to help you make the most of your individual benefits. Some plans we are in-network with include Delta, Anthem, Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, Humana, Guardian, United Healthcare, as well as many others. All plans vary greatly, but we would be happy to perform a complimentary benefit check to get a more accurate estimate of your coverage. As a courtesy, we are also happy to submit your insurance claims for you and follow-up with your insurance company to make sure you are receiving maximum benefits.

To help with the patient’s portion after insurance and for those who do not have insurance, we offer CareCredit with 0% financing options to make quality dental care affordable for everyone. These payment plans offer 0% interest if paid within the agreed upon period. CareCredit is a simple process that truly removes financial barriers to quality dental care.

We will make every effort to give an accurate estimate of your costs before your visit so that you can be prepared. Payment is due at the time service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. After your treatment, the claim is submitted to insurance for their final calculation of benefits. We do very detailed claim submissions featuring radiographs, detailed notes, and intra-oral images to help you receive maximum coverage. This can take 4-6 weeks for the insurance company to process a claim. A final statement will then be sent to you from your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any fees not covered by your insurance company.

Cancellation policy

We understand that things come up that may require you to cancel your appointment. We are all busy with work, family, and a hundred other things so we completely understand that at times it may be necessary to cancel or move your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment if you are going to be unable to keep it for any reason. Our dentists and hygienists have reserved that time specifically for you, we do not double book patients to ensure timely service and one-on-one attention. When a patient does not show up for their appointment or cancels last minute, another patient loses the opportunity to have their dental needs addressed. A $40 cancellation fee will be assessed for missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Thanks for your understanding of this policy. This policy is implemented to ensure quality, timely dental care for all of our valued patients.

You can fill these out and bring them with you when you come in to save time. Of course if you’d rather fill them out at our office, that’s not a problem at all. We look forward to seeing you soon!
